Hello. This is happening now.

I’ve made a home here for some things that needed a room of their own. Illustrated stories. Paintings. Curious observations that haven’t quite found a category. Bits from a novel that may or may not mind being seen early.

For years, I’ve written/illustrated weekly letters to the MamaSezz community, reflections drawn from the ordinary and the not-so-ordinary. Many of you have read them (thank you), shared them (thank you again), and told me they felt like something you didn’t know you needed (this is why I keep going). This Substack is the next step.

It’s a place for the work to stretch out a little. To be weirdly ordered and entirely intentional.

You’ll find illustrated essays here, some brief, some expansive, all drawn with intention. Serialized novel chapters. Paintings. Work made with wit, wonder, and care.
